Some teachers are submitting mental illness certificate for seeking exemption for work adjustment. Whether it is considered or not.

Mental illness certificate not considered. Those who comes under preferential category “teachers with mentally challenged children’s” have to submit the mentally challenged certificate from competent authority.

Mandal level exemption shall not be entertained.

Divisional level only shall be considered.

Existing:

High schools with primary schools (1st to 5th Classes) at S.No.4 MPS 60 and above 1+4

in 2025-26 now 2026-27 the enrolment below 40, MPS teacher post allotted to 1+2

Read as:

High schools with primary schools (1st to 5th Classes) at S.No.4 MPS 60 and above 1+4

in 2025-26 now 2026-27 the enrolment 30 and below, MPS teacher post allotted to 1+2

If MTS teacher is working at X place and transferred to Y place in recent counselling. If X place and Y place are working with single MTS teacher, can we show X & Y both places are vacant   in   teacher   work

adjustment process.

NO. X place only can be shown as vacant in work adjustment process as the Y place will be filled with transferred MTS teacher as and when the work adjustment teacher will join in X place.

Some high school plus schools are functioning with deficit staff can we show these high school plus posts as vacant in teacher

work adjustment.

NO. This work adjustment process applicable to schools functioning with class I to X only.

Shall we utilize the SGT teachers with concerned methodology in B.Ed through work adjustment in High Schools as subject teachers, where sufficient School Assistant subject teachers are

not available.

Where the districts surplus SGTs with concerned methodology in B.Ed are             available,       they  can adjust   these   SGTs   in   work adjustment after exhausting the all eligible School Assistants (same subject and inter subject)

Shall we adjust the PSHM (if PSHM     worked     as     School

One Primary School is functioning in two places with one UDISE code, one place running with Telugu medium with 70 enrollment and other place running with Urdu medium with 20 enrollment and allotted the Teachers as per MPS norm (1+4). Now, the DEO, Palnadu is requesting to treat

as two separate schools and allot the teachers accordingly.

Now, the enrolment in the Upper Primary section has reduced to 6 students, and one

post is likely to be identified as surplus. In this

a.     In one High School plus, there is no zoology post to teach 11th and 12th class but there is one SA(BS) teacher is surplus with PG Zoology Qualifications. Can he be retained in the same school?

b.     One SA(BS) teacher is surplus in Govt Girls High School, Gopalapatnam, she is qualified and ready to give willing to teach 11th and 12th in High School Plus when there is no surplus SA(BS) teacher in the Mandal. Can we adjust her in the same high school plus.

c.     In one High School Plus, SA(PS) is surplus and there is need of PGT(Physics) in the same High school plus, can SA(PS) be retained in that same school.

d.    Some cluster teachers have PG qualifications to teach to 11th and 12th classes in High school plus, can we adjust them in required places in

high school plus even though they are not willing to work in high school plus.

NO. The DEOs are informed that, to take the total list of surplus School Assistants of concerned School Assistant subject in the erstwhile district with PG qualification and fix the seniority and take the willingness and adjust in High School Plus Schools to teach 11th and 12th classes.

What is the unit for adjusting the PGTs/ High School Plus subject teachers, is it in Mandal/ is it

in Division or is it in District, pls clarify?

Erstwhile District as a unit.

In some Urdu schools, there is a requirement of posts to teach Urdu subject, but there is no sanctioned posts in those schools, can we allot teachers to such schools in this work adjustment.

Surplus teachers shall be adjusted based on the actual teacher requirement,

irrespective of the sanctioned strength of posts.

There is a cluster High School in Kandlakunta(V), Veldurthy(M), enrolment from 6th to 10th classes are 42. Whether Head Master post is surplus or

not. pls clarify?

In clusters High Schools HM post is not surplus, even though the enrolment is

below 75.

Teachers are not getting relieved due to the lack of reliever?

Teachers transferred in 2025 but not relieved due to lack of teachers, these posts shall be shown as vacant in work

adjustment exercise.

Some Aided schools have been closed in this academic year due to zero enrolment, can we

adjust these teachers in this work adjustment exercise

Yes, adjust a per norms

a. Some SAs in the district are working as MEO (FAC), requesting to adjust one teacher in place of such teachers.

a. Permitted to adjust subject teacher in place of teachers who are working as FAC to the post of MEO.


 

b. Some High School Head Masters were retired/ went on long leave, in these places one SA is working as FAC to the Head Master post, requested to allot same subject teacher in

place of FAC HM.

b. Permitted to adjust subject teacher in place of teachers who are working as FAC to the

post of HM.

As per G.O.Ms.No.21, dt: 13.05.2025, the subject teachers to be provided in UP schools are SA (Hindi, English, Maths, BS, SS,PS and Telugu), however there is no surplus SA(Hindi) posts are not available, clarification is requested whether available SAs can be adjusted based on enrollment without following the subject order mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.21, dt: 13.05.2025.

NO. Subject order shall be followed as per annexure-I of G.O.Ms.No.21, dt: 13.05.2025.

 

If any subject teacher as per order of preference is not available, then go to next

subject without disturbing the order of preference.

In one High School, SA(English) is working as FAC HM, there are 3 SA(English) posts working and one SA (English) is surplus, can we adjust surplus

SA(English) in place of HM.

YES. Retain the SA (English) post in the same school.

In one Model Primary School enrolment is 60 and above and 01 PSHM+ 04 SGTs sanctioned and working in the academic year 2025-26. Now in the academic year 2026-27 enrolment is 55, 01 PSHM is retired and 04 SGTs are working.

Whether 01 SGT is surplus or not, please clarify?

SGT is not surplus, hence we have to consider 04 SGTs to this school (01 SGT to be treated as PSHM and 03 SGTs treated as SGTs) in

place of 01 PSHM+03SGTs.
