The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the reference read above, and they are hereby informed that the Government of A.P have unleashed a new era in school Education by introducing extensive curricular reforms from the academic year 2021-22 with a long term objective of preparing children who are studying in Government Schools in Andhra Pradesh to overcome the challenges and catch the career opportunities across the world by providing in 21st century skills, so that they would grow into Global Citizens. The Government of A.P has taken a historical decision to affliate all the Government schools in to CBSE in a phased manner.

Further, in the reference 2nd cited, a letter has been addressed to the Head of Pedagogy & Academic Innovation and informed that, CBSE has selected 840 schools from all over India in 764 districts for its pilot project.

These schools were invited by CBSE in partnership with Microsoft and TAG (Tech Avant Garde) to implement the pilot PROJECT CARTE BLANCHE. The State of A.P. is equipped with the required configurator of IFPs and TABs in the CBSE affiliated government schools suitable for the implementing of the project and also extends its interest to participate in the project. State will take necessary directions for successful implementing of the project.

Accordingly, the department has selected 26 schools from CBSE afliated Government Schools ie., one from each district duly covering all the districts in the state to participate in the pilot project taken up by the CARTEBLANCHE without any financial burden to the State government in implemen ting the project and the total strength of the VIII class students in these schools are 2173 as per U- DISE (2023-24).

The project includes training on Lycee, 0365,Gen Extra Muros, Education Transformation Framework, Hybrid Hardware and Software which will be given to the School management, Admin Staff, Teaching Staff, Students and Paren tsCertification will be given from Microsoft, NIELIT, TAG and other partners.
